![]() ![]() The snippet is configured to expand into the page break HTML shown above at your cursor position. Or, more commonly: You can simply type the pagebreak expansion string into your document. It seems like the pictures were enlarged, and in the second part the layout is completely different. Once created, you can run the snippet by pressing the play button in the Snippet Editor. But after exporting to PDF by Typora, I got something like this: result in PDF. You can create a new snippet called pagebreak as shown in the image below. The above feature would just an extension to control the workflow, without adding tricky features like joining multiple document, which is already handled smoothly by Pandoc. Markdown Monster includes a Snippets add in which allows for creating custom text expansions that can be embedded either explicitly by using the snippet editor, or by typing a key sequence that a give snippet is assigned to. Documents are saved in the default Markdown format (.md), but you can import and export to several different formats using Typora. That way, Typora could continue to focus on markdown editing. Since Markdown supports embedded HTML rendering, this forces a page break into a printed or PDF document. Typora plantuml The markdown syntax is recommended for document writing. Pandoc will run in backgrounds for those tasks and then exit automatically, so you may not feel it. Export function is also fully functional from menubar.
